I am the owner and inspector for Amazing Grace Home Inspection. I am the mother of two wonderful children, Lee and Alexis, and in my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, hiking, and reading. I have worked in medical imaging for the last 29 years, performing X-rays, CT scans, and Ultrasounds. I always took pride in serving my patients and providing the best medical imaging possible. That experience required me to pay close attention to detail and provide thorough reports, a standard I maintain in my home inspection career.

I wanted to provide a service for our county and surrounding counties to help people make informed decisions when buying a home. I am licensed by the state of Kentucky and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector. I use Binsr software to provide detailed, easy-to-read reports with a 24 hour turnaround time. I ask that clients be present during inspections so I can show them details and answer questions. I understand that schedules vary, but I recommend attending at least part of the inspection process. I perform a visual examination of the homes major systems and components accessible. I never schedule more than two inspections per day, ensuring I can serve you with the attention you deserve. I will inspect your home as I would inspect my families or my own!
