Meet your inspector
I am the owner and inspector for Amazing Grace Home Inspection. I am the mother of two wonderful children, Lee and Alexis. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, running, hiking and reading.
I have worked in medical imaging for the last 27 years and perform X-rays, Computed Tomography (CT) and Ultrasounds. I have always took pride in serving my patients and providing them with the best medical imaging possible. While imaging, I have to pay close attention to the patients anatomy and provide great detail in the reports that I provide for the Radiologist in order for them to read the exams.
I started my home inspection career with American Home Inspector Training. I wanted to provide a service for our county and surrounding counties and wanted to help people make informed decisions when buying a home. I am licensed by the state of Kentucky (#281790) and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector (#22100514).
I provide detailed reports on all my home inspections and have a turn around time of 24 hours for the report to be back in the customers hands. While I perform the inspections, I ask that my client be at the home so that I can show them details and answer any questions that they may have. A home inspection is a long process sometimes and I understand that the client may not be able to be present for the entire time but I would definitely recommend them being present during some of the process. As I do the inspections I will be preforming a visual examination of the homes major structure systems and components that are visible and safely accessible. I will substantially adhere to the InterNACHI standard or practice that outlines what should be covered during a general home inspection, as well as what is excluded.
